We strive to provide a seamless and rewarding experience while you explore, evaluate, and purchase products via our Verdura Online Store or Verdura Store Mobile App. The Verdura Online Store and Verdura Store Mobile App are operated by Verdura Rewards Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom with its registered office at 9 Berners Place, London, England, W1T 3AD (Company Registration Number 10952722).
For ease of reference:
- "Verdura Online Store", "Verdura Store Mobile App", and the Verdura Contact Centre will be collectively referred to as the "Verdura Store".
- "Verdura Rewards Limited" will be referred to as "Verdura", "we", or "us".

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the Verdura Store. If you purchase a product via the Verdura Store, these Terms apply to the sales contract between you and Verdura. The rivacy Policy and Terms of Use also apply. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on the Verdura Store.
Standard Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order, return a product, or cancel a service contract for any reason, within your statutory rights. To return a product purchased from the Verdura Store or cancel a service contract, please send your intent to return or cancel to us any time prior to 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s), or from the date of conclusion of the service contract.
If you ordered multiple products in the same order, please send your intent to return to us any time prior to 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last product in the order. To exercise these rights, you need only provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or cancel an order or service contract. This can be done by logging in and using the returns link in your account at barclaycard.verdura.co.uk.
Once you notify us of your intent to return, simply follow the online process and return the product with the original receipt, original packaging, and its included accessories. You have a further 10 days after indicating your intent to return or cancel a service contract to return your products or arrange for their collection. Once we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped, we will provide a refund based on the original payment method within 14 days.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Verdura reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Verdura Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Verdura. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost.
Order, Order Acknowledgement, and Order Acceptance
To place an order for products or services at the Verdura Store, we recommend using the Barclaycard App. You can also visit the store website at barclaycard.verdura.co.uk, add the products to your shopping bag, check out using your chosen payment method, and have your items shipped to you.
Once you place your order, we will provide you with a web order number— confirms receipt of your order and Verdura’s intent to supply.
Once your order is shipping, you will be contacted directly by Apple or Apple’s designated courier who will keep you informed of the products tracking and delivery status.
Shipping & Delivery
The Verdura Store offers standard delivery, which is free of charge for all orders. Orders will be shipped as and when the products become available for delivery. Orders will not be accepted and products will not be delivered to any address outside the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.
Please note that actual delivery times may be impacted by events beyond Verdura’s control. However, we will notify you of any significant delays and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
As Verdura handles the dispatch of products, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title to the product(s) passes to you when they are collected by the carrier from our warehouse or our manufacturer’s warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email.

Consumer Law Rights
The Apple One-Year Limited Warranty, or in the case of non-Apple products, the manufacturer’s warranty (as applicable), is separate from and in addition to consumer rights provided under UK consumer law.

Export Compliance
This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. Products purchased from the Verdura Store may not be exported to another country or region where prohibited by export control laws. If you intend to export any product, you must obtain the required export licences or government approvals before doing so.
Product Availability and Limitations
Due to high demand and supply constraints, Verdura may limit the number of products available for purchase. We reserve the right to change available quantities at any time, including after you place an order, provided we have not yet accepted the order.
Payments
If you are paying by credit or debit card, we may place a temporary hold for the total order amount at the time of submission. If we do not receive authorisation from your card issuer, we will notify you so you can provide another payment method. Your card will be charged upon order placement.
To prevent fraud, we may conduct identity verification checks, including validating name, address, and other personal details with your card issuer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to these checks.
